Meet Our Team

Traci Simon, RDH

Traci Simon was born and raised in Kearney Nebraska. She completed her Dental Hygiene degree in 2014 from Central Community College in Hastings, Nebraska. Traci and her husband now live in rural eastern Colorado with their three children Traci enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active, and traveling. As a hygienist, Traci focuses on providing high quality preventative care with compassion. She is committed to making each dental visit a positive experience for all.

Kassidee Ficken, RDH

Kassidee was born and raised in eastern Colorado. After graduating from Liberty High School she ventured north where she attended the University of Wyoming (Go Pokes!). She graduated in 2011 with her Bachelor's of Science in Dental Hygiene. At this time she moved back to eastern Colorado, where, together with her better half, she began raising two babies and one fur child. Kassidee loves the simplicity of rural living and looks forward to expanding on the accessibility of dental care to those around her.

Ashley Carter, RDH

Ashley grew up in eastern Nebraska. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She moved to Burlington in 2016 with her husband. They enjoy raising their three children in a rural community. She enjoys being outdoors and cheering on the Huskers. Ashley’s passion is providing quality preventative dental care to our community!
